On August 20, 2025, restaurant odyssée opens its doors, marking a new chapter for chef-owner Philippe Gonthier. At 47, after a fulfilling career, he’s making a lifelong dream come true: opening his own restaurant. A lifelong food lover, Philippe grew up in a world where cooking meant sharing and human connection. Inspired by his travels and discoveries, he imagined odyssée as a place that reflects who he is.
