As a Sous Chef, you will work closely with Odyssée’s head chef and the existing team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and plating dishes according to our quality and presentation standards
  • Supervising our small kitchen team of 3 to 5 staff members
  • Contributing to the creation and updates of the menus
  • Assisting with ordering fresh ingredients and managing supplies
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

We’re looking for someone who matches all or most of the following:

  • Solid knowledge of both modern and traditional culinary techniques
  • Efficient, organized, and dependable
  • Passionate about local cuisine, creative, and detail-oriented
  • A strong team player who enjoys a positive work atmosphere
  • Holds a valid MAPAQ food safety certification
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Graduate of the ITHQ or another recognized culinary school

  • Serving food and beverages and clearing tables;
  • Ensuring the dining room is clean and well-organized at all times.

  • Previous experience in a similar role;
  • Energetic, well-presented, and professional demeanor;
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities;
  • A team player who enjoys their work;
  • Relevant training from the ITHQ or another recognized institution;
  • Knowledge of English and/or another language.

As a Dishwasher, you will work closely with Odyssée’s Sous Chef and the team.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the effective and hygienic washing of all dishes, kitchen utensils, and service equipment used in the restaurant
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen workspace, including the dishwashing area, work surfaces, and equipment
  • Providing support to the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with ingredient preparation as needed
  • Participating in the overall cleanliness and hygiene of the restaurant, including waste management, cleaning the dining area and restrooms, etc.
